BURRATINA
120g burratina with tomato sorbet and basil. A combination of simple Italian flavours.

SARDE IN SAOR "BOTTEGA"
We executed the Classic Venetian cichchetto using prime marinated sardines, which we then pout into the "saor" of onions, pine nuts and raisins, and we place on a mini maritozzo.

CARPACCIO DI MANZO
Classic beef carpaccio with balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano reggiano and Rocket salad.

Tagliatelle al Ragú Rosso
Home made Tagliatelle served with a classic red ragú made from pork, speck and a touch of Nduja. With its touch of smoke and spice, this is a crowd pleaser!

Orecchiette alla "Norcina"
Home made Orecchiette tossed in a Norcina sauce, which is made from sausage, mushrooms, Pecorino and Parmigiano. Earthy, rich and deep all at once.

A selection of classic and signature Newpolitan® pizzas, all based on our 72 hours slow fermented dough made from selected Italian flours.

Focaccia di Recco
A classic focaccia from Recco, a Ligurian town in the province of Genova.
2 Layers of paper-thin hand stretched dough with Stracchino cheese inbetween, finally topped with Ligurian olive oil and sea salt. A great representation of simple Italian flavours.

Grilled Prawns
Grilled prawns served with Sicilian Caponata, a mix of vegetables with a sweet and sour finish.

A classic dish from Antonio's hometown, polenta and grilled sausage. The flavour from the Dolomites right here in Singapore.
